Daryll’s desire to get Americans back to making things again led him to start DKB Industries/Partners. DKB’s mission is to help manufacturing and operations companies implement strategies to enhance margins through the creation of engaged work environments and the implementation of Lean manufacturing best practices.
Daryll and DKB's Partners have a proven record of results in Fortune 100 companies including General Electric, Toyota, Pepsi, M&M Mars, Diageo, and others. They are adept at developing and executing strategy, and have a strong command of implementing continuous improvement tools and techniques within operations. Daryll has a technical degree in engineering from Tuskegee University, an MBA from the University of Michigan and over 20 years of executive leadership experience. DKB Partners is committed to reviving underperforming organizations and giving them a competitive advantage.
Daryll sees no contradiction in business success and being a committed father of three. He regards business and family success as complimentary. Civic minded, he constantly seeks opportunities to improve communities in which he resides and has served on a number of non-profit and civic boards.
