Daryll has a proven record of results in Fortune 100 companies including General Electric, Pepsi, M&M Mars, Diageo, and others. He is adept at developing and executing strategy, and has a strong command of continuous improvement tools and techniques. With a technical degree in engineering from Tuskeegee University, an MBA from the University of Michigan as well as years of high-level leadership experience, Daryll is committed to reviving underperforming organizations and giving them a competitive advantage.
Daryll sees no contradiction in business success and being a committed husband and father of three. He regards business and family success as complimentary.
